You agree that you will not initiate legal proceedings against ah333 without first completing ah333's internal complaints process in good faith.
ah333 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ah333 will provide notice to registered users by: (a) displaying a prominent notice on the ah333 homepage and login page; (b) sending a notification to the email address registered to your account; and/or (c) updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of ah333 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
