Upon account closure, ah333 will return any remaining verified balance to you via your registered payment method, less any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms or applicable law. Accounts closed for Terms violations, fraud, or AML concerns are subject to balance forfeiture as permitted by law. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that you will not initiate legal proceedings against ah333 without first completing ah333's internal complaints process in good faith.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ah333 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ah333 will provide notice to registered users by: (a) displaying a prominent notice on the ah333 homepage and login page; (b) sending a notification to the email address registered to your account; and/or (c) updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of ah333 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using ah333 and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
